Dodge is celebrating 100 years of mass-producing automobiles next year. To celebrate, the company is introducing two special 100th Anniversary Editions of the Charger and Challenger at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The new 2014 Volvo XC90 has finally been unveiled - after several months of drip-feed teasing. Some may argue it’s several years late; the XC90 Mk1 was launched way back in 2002 and has soldiered on through two generations in a single lifecycle. The new Volvo XC90 is a clean-sheet design and is a significant moment in Volvo’s history.
Mercedes-Benz today unveiled the new SLS AMG Coupe Electric Drive at the 2012 Paris motor show - the production supercar EV derived from the SLS E-Cell concept car. It thrusts Mercedes right into the thick of the race for green supercars, jostling for attention with the forthcoming McLaren P1, Ferrari Enzo successor, Honda NSX, Porsche 918 and Jaguar C-X75. However, Merc has leapfrogged many of its competitors since the SLS AMG Coupe Electric Drive goes on sale in summer 2013 exactly as you see here.
